Digital Courses offers a wide range of customised online e-learning courses in the digital space, along with digital project management training and consultancy through their website www.digitalcourses.co.uk (hereinafter the “Services”).

PAYMENT
All Online Courses offered by Digital Courses are individually priced and mentioned in the website along with the full course details.
The fee for all Online Courses is calculated and payable either in advance of the course start date or in installments as set out in the website.
All Course Materials offered for your chosen Online Course will be made available to you once your payment has been authorised and the course session has started. Digital Courses reserves all rights to decline to supply complete access to your Course Materials to you until full payment has been made.
Within 12 hours of receiving payment, a confirmation email will be sent to you acknowledging your payment and successful enrolment in the course.
All course fees are expressed in GBP and are inclusive of any VAT payable unless otherwise stated.
Your credit/ debit card details are not managed by Digital Courses. All payment handling is done by our third party payment gateway providers. We do not store any credit/debit card details. Authority for payment must be given at the time of placing your order.
CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY
Cancellation and refunds are available for registered users of the particular Online Course only with 14 days of starting the course, provided not more than 20% of the course has been completed by that time.
Refunds cannot be made for individual downloadable digital items.
If a registered user cannot access the course material online through the website www.digitalcourses.co.uk because of their failure to meet the required system requirements given on the website, then Digital Courses will not take responsibility or give any refund.
If Digital Courses withdraws or is permanently unable to deliver a particular Online Course, the possibility of a refund may be considered depending upon the circumstances.

All eligible refunds shall be paid in full within 90 days from receiving the request.

4. are in breach of any of these terms and conditions.
MISCELLANEOUS
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by the English law.
All disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms and Conditions, including any question regarding its existence, validity or termination, shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of London.
